The Sikkim Ethnic Theatre (SET) group, based in Mangan, has successfully performed 02 street plays as part of Election Awareness under SVEEP, in collaboration with the O/o the CEO, Sikkim.
The group staged performances in Namchi Bazar on 8th April , 2024 and at MG Marg, Gangtok on 10th April, 2024.
The skit titled “Election Voter Awareness “ was performed with the aim of raising awareness among voters about the importance of exercising their democratic rights and responsibilities. Through the compelling medium of storytelling and the immersive live performance, the skit adeptly communicated its central message. Such creative endeavors are instrumental in cultivating civic engagement and catalyzing trans formative social shifts.
